Well you probably knows yet the bloglovin' and the respective skills... But now the bloglovin' makes this easier and all you have to do is register on bloglovin' (if you aren't registed yet, you only need an e-mail account...) and automatically import the list from Google Reader, you can see a small tutorial below.
